The luxurious Bamboo Forest Lodge is situated on the outskirts of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, within a ten-minute drive to the Kolara Gate.
This eco-lodge has 19 spacious rooms, a restaurant, bar and lounge area, and a spa, all within a short drive of Tadoba Tiger Reserve and around an hour’s drive from the Umred Karhandla Tiger Reserve.
The lodge grounds are home to a diversity of small mammal species as well as prolific birdlife, and guests can enjoy a range of nature walks accompanied by a naturalist guide. In the evenings, take a safari into the surrounding areas where you may be lucky enough to spot leopard, golden jackal, Indian hare, Indian fox, and nocturnal birdlife such as nightjars and owls, along the edge of the national park.
The lodge has nine lake-facing villas which boast a large bedroom and bathroom, a patio and a private garden with spectacular views across the lake. The rest of the rooms consist of large, well-appointed chalets, a few of which can be interconnected for large families or groups. Amenities within all of the rooms include air-conditioning, heating, hot and cold showers, a television with satellite connection, tea and coffee-making facilities, a minibar and en suite bathrooms.

Tadoba Andhari is the largest national park in Maharastra and is becoming increasingly well-known for its tiger sightings, and is one of India’s 41 Project Tiger reserves. The park is bounded by the Chimur, Moharli and Kolsa ranges and is dominated by teak and bamboo forests.
