Bella Coola Mountain Lodge was originally built in 1896 as a hunting lodge and lies in the heart of the Bella Coola Valley, surrounded by waterfalls, forest and – of course – bears!

It has just 14 rooms with mountain views and the walking trails start right at the property, so you can do guided trips to look for bear, salmon and bald eagle with its associated adventure company. All rooms have a private entrance, en suite bathroom, kitchen or kitchenette, satellite television, tea and coffee-making facilities, wireless internet and direct dial telephone.
