The hotel has a total of 18 rooms: 12 standard rooms are located on the first and second floors with views of the internal courtyards. Each room is furnished with double-thickness curtains to help maintain the temperature, custom-made beds with luxurious quilts, pillows and bedding, an elegant private bathroom, IDD telephone, heater, safe deposit box, complimentary wireless high-speed internet access, bathrobes and a hairdryer. All rooms have hand-carved rustic furniture plus, as well as having a number, each one has a Quechua name that reflects a traditional symbol or motif that appears in the handwoven textile displayed inside.
The uppermost floor has four suite apartments with panoramic views of the city, which open onto a large roof terrace. There is a combination of loft and single floor apartments, each with its own sitting area and full kitchenette complete with cooker, microwave oven, tea and coffee-making facilities and flat-screen TV.
