Just 12 minutes from Broome by light aircraft, or just over an hour by car, Eco Beach Resort is uniquely located in accessible wilderness in the spectacularly beautiful and rugged Kimberley region.

The retreat lies 130 kilometres southwest of Broome via the Great Northern Highway, and approximately 2,200 kilometres northeast of Perth. It’s only 10 kilometres from the highway – an easy drive on an unsealed road that is suitable for two-wheel-drive vehicles. Fixed transfer times from and to Broome are scheduled to fit most incoming and outgoing flights.

A stay at here can be an unforgettable experience with a chance to revel in luxury. There’s a choice of accommodation – from Oceanfront Eco Villas that offer remarkable views of the Indian Ocean and the beautiful sandy beaches below to villas with partial ocean views. Garden View Eco Villas nestle among the native bush gardens and are perfect for a family holiday and allow parents some welcome privacy; there’s a full en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, air-conditioning, kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, kettle and small bar fridge, self-catering through shared BBQ area; private deck with table and chairs.

You can also enjoy "glamping" in spacious, safari-style Eco Tents that bring you close to nature while still offering comfort and convenience. Each tent has a large private front deck where you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. Some have partial views of the Indian Ocean, while others have views of the native gardens, but all have a full en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, cool box to store drinks and snacks, low-wattage power supply (for mobile phone chargers etc), shared BBQ area for self-catering, and private deck with table and chairs, and are ideal for a casual family holiday. Ocean View Eco Tents have a luxurious king-sized bed and ocean views, and are ideal for couples.

Two stylishly-appointed, self-contained Beach Houses with two bedrooms and two bathrooms decorated in vibrant and earthy colours are set on a cliff top overlooking the Indian Ocean and Kimberley bushland. Each house each sleeps up to six people and the decks are linked by wooden boardwalk. Although the houses are separate enough that you can rent just one and enjoy privacy and serenity, they are close enough to allow an extended family or large group of friends to be together.
