This medium-sized Deluxe Class 53-metre motor yacht carries 40 passengers in 21 cabins located over two decks. The vessel is air-conditioned throughout, and facilities include a lounge, bar, dining room, shop, reading room and library, jacuzzi and sun deck. The crew of 24 includes three naturalist guides and a doctor; there are three zodiacs for ship-to-shore transport, a glass-bottomed boat, and sea kayaks.

The M/V Isabela offers three itineraries as follows:

Isabela II 7 day / 6 night Northern Galapagos itinerary (Tue-Mon)
Day 1 Fly to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (San Cristobal) and embark. Introductory briefing and drive to Cerro Colorado to visit tortoise beeeding centre
Day 2 Visit El Barranco (Prince Philip's Steps) and Darwin Bay (Genovesa)
Day 3 Visit Buccaneer Cove and Puerto Egas (Santiago)
Day 4 Visit Punta Espinoza (Fernandina) and Tagus Cove (Isabela)
Day 5 Visit Urbina Bay and Punta Vicente Roca (Isabela)
Day 6 Visit Playa Roja (Rabida) and Cerro Dragon (Santa Cruz)
Day 7 Disembark on Baltra Island and fly to mainland

Isabela II 5 day / 4 night Central Galapagos itinerary (Mon-Fri)
Day 1 Fly to Baltra; transfer via the highlands of Santa Cruz island, with a visit Los Gemelos and a tortoise reserve, to Puerto Ayora and embark. Introductory briefing and visit Charles Darwin Research Station
Day 2 Visit Santa Fe and South Plaza island
Day 3 Visit North Seymour and Las Bachas (Santa Cruz)
Day 4 Visit Bartolome island and Sullivan Bay (Santiago)
Day 5 Disembark on Baltra Island and fly to mainland

Day 1 Fly to Baltra; transfer via the highlands of Santa Cruz island, with a visit El Chato Reserve, to Puerto Ayora and embark. Introductory briefing and visit Charles Darwin Research Station
Day 2 Visit Baroness Cove, Post Office Bay, Punta Cormoran (Floreana)

Day 5 Disembark at Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (San Cristobal) and fly to mainland
