Oriole Ecolodge is a renovated country house in the small village of Tiszaalpár, which boasts views of the Tisza River floodplain.
Accommodation consists of seven en suite rooms which feature the structure of the former farmhouse, with wooden beams and antique windows, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The lodge has a huge garden, and is located on the edge of Kiskunság National Park, where 15 bird hides are located. The lodge is ideal for bird photography, as you can visit a range of infinity pool, woodland and mobile hides in the surrounding areas. For example there is a one-way glass-fronted tower hide where European rollers, red-footed falcons and common kestrels utilise nesting boxes at close range, as well as infinity pool hides which attract hawfinch, common nightingale and spotted flycatcher.
