This pleasant guesthouse lies in the hamlet of Udden, a few kilometres north of Skinnskatteberg, on a peninsula that juts out into Storsjön Lake.

Situated in the attractive Bergslagen area, in the county of Västmanland, it has its own sandy beach where you can bathe in the freshest of waters. The spacious and comfortable living area with TV and traditional Scandinavian fireplaces is ideal for relaxing and socialising, and the two airy dining rooms and terrace have views over the lake. Seven twin or double rooms spread over two floors are individually decorated in relaxing colours, each with its own en suite shower and toilet.

Your delightful hosts, Allan and Eva Andersson, extend a warm welcome and prepare typical meals of wholesome Swedish food and the restaurant has a licence to serve alcohol. Allan keeps sheep and is an enthusiastic sheepdog triallist who not only visits the UK regularly, but also runs courses each year led by expert British and Swedish instructors.
