The only purpose-built tourist lodge in the Falklands archipelago, Sea Lion Lodge consists of six twin rooms and one double room with en-suite facilities.
Opened in 1986, accommodation comprises eight double and twin rooms with en suite shower rooms, and five single rooms with shared facilities. All rooms are centrally-heated. There are two spacious and comfortable living rooms, equipped with a television and a well-stocked library of wildlife books. There is also a conservatory with chairs and tables, which is decorated with plants and flowers. The Pintail Lounge Bar offers an extensive range of wines, beers and spirits you can enjoy after a day exploring the island. There is a guest computer with internet facilities, and a CD burner for your images located in the Peregrine Lounge.
The lodge offers spectacular views of the South Atlantic and a level of comfort and amenity you might not altogether expect in such a remote location.
