Tafika consists of six comfortable grass and pole chalets catering for a maximum of just 14 guests, and as such is able to offer a highly personalised, friendly service and flexible wildlife activities.
Each of its six chalets are built from natural materials, around the trunks of the camp's sausage trees, and include an en suite bathroom and twin or double beds. There is a also a honeymoon suite with a king size bed, and another suite suitable for families with a king size bed and two doubles.
Located in an exceptional wildlife area, Tafika offers quick, easy access to both the Nsefu sector and South Luangwa National Park on the opposite (west) bank. In addition to traditional walks and vehicle safaris, the camp operates unique boating and canoeing safaris between mid-February and mid-April when the river level is high.
