Accommodation consists of two cottages in the main Saunders Settlement, a very simple remote self-catering cabin at The Neck, and The Rookery, located midway between The Neck and the Settlement.

The larger Main House can seep up to ten people in two twin, one single, one double and one triple room. It has a central heating throughout, a shower room, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge and all the crockery and utensils needed if self-catering; it can also be taken on a full-board basis. There is a dining room and a sitting room with radio and TV. Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided.

The smaller of the two houses located in Saunders Settlement, the Stone House dates from 1875, but has been extensively modernised, and can be taken on a either a full-board or self-catering basis. It has kitchen, scullery, toilet, bathroom (with bath and shower) and three bedrooms that sleep up to six people (one double and two twin rooms); the two upstairs bedrooms are centrally-heated. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and washing machine, plus all crockery and utensils. There is a TV and radio. Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided.

The Neck offers accommodation for groups only in a very simple, isolated self-catering cabin near the penguin colonies, and within easy walking distance of the elephant seals of Elephant Point, where small inland pools hold a variety of wildfowl plus the odd visitor from the South American mainland; the area is also known for Magellanic penguins. The cabin sleeps up to eight people in two rooms each of which has two two-tier bunk beds. The living area is equipped with a gas cooker, heater and gas water-heater; lighting is provided by a solar panel, so there are no electrical sockets for recharging batteries etc. The bathroom has a bath and toilet, but no shower. All bedding, bed linen and towels are provided.

A newer self-catering cabin, The Rookery is situated between the Settlement and The Neck, home to albatross and rockhopper penguins. It has two twin-bedded rooms and a shared bathroom.
