On receiving your holiday enquiry we will contact you to discuss your requirements. We will then provide a detailed day-to-day travel plan together with a quotation. Once you are happy with our proposal and ready to proceed we will book your holiday.
What happens next
To make a booking we will need to receive a minimum deposit from you, normally £100 per person or 10% of the total holiday cost (whichever is the greater). We may occasionally require more, but we will advise you if that is the case.
We will then ask you to complete our booking details form with full details of all those travelling on your booking. For those who prefer, we also have a PDF booking form that can be completed and returned by post or by email.
We will require full payment 8 weeks before departure (12 weeks for trips to the Falkland Islands, 16 weeks for wildlife cruises). If you are making your booking within this time, full payment will be needed when you book.

Please read our booking information and conditions carefully. You must accept these conditions on your booking form to confirm your booking.
Travel Insurance is compulsory for all our tours. We recommend you consider an insurance package from our preferred brokers, Campbell Irvine. If you decide that’s not for you, you must arrange your own.
