The word on the street is that Zimbabwe is back and is once more an exciting safari destination. Presenters on the evening include: Ross Kennedy of Africa Albida Tourism, whose stunning properties include the award-winning Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and the The Hide Safari Camp in Hwange National Park.
Sharon Stead, co-proprietor of The Amalinda Collection which consists of: Ivory Safari Lodge in its own conservancy area bordering Hwange NP, famed for its big herds of old tuskers and a finalist in the Best Safari Guiding Team awards in 2011; Camp Amalinda, which nestles in the granite kopjes of Matopos Hills NP and was voted one of Zimbabwe's top three safari lodges in 2010; and Bulawaayo Club, the prestigious former gentlemen's club that now operates as an exclusive hotel.
