Bats in Kasanka 3

Kasanka Bat Safari in Zambia

Come and experience the amazing convergence of millions of Straw-coloured Fruit Bats as they descend upon Kasanka National Park to feed on the abundant seasonal fruits. Every year at the end of October the bats congregate in the trees of the Mushitu swamp forest to feed for just six short weeks. By mid November their numbers reach into the millions.
