The Antarctic Dream (formerly Piloto Pardo) was built in Holland in 1958. In 2001 the vessel was purchased by Antarctic Shipping S.A. and completely rebuilt and remodelled in 2004 under strict regulations. The ship complies with all SOLAS, MARPOL, IMO and DGTM regulations. There are 39 twin cabins on four decks including four suites, 16 superior cabins and 19 twin cabins. All cabins feature a private bathroom with shower or tub and closed circuit TV. The Antarctic Dream carries four zodiacs, each with a capacity for 20 passengers.
