- Day 1. Depart London
- Depart for Lima where you spend the night at the Posada del Inca Lima in Miraflores.
- Days 2 to 8. Amazon Cruise [B, L & D (Days 3 to 8 only)]
- Fly to Iquitos for a 1-night stay at the Victoria Regia Hotel, before embarking on a 6-night cruise on the world's greatest river system aboard the MV Rio Amazonas, which accommodates 44 passengers in 21 comfortable air-conditioned cabins. Visit local Indian villages, trek through the surrounding rainforests, enjoy night-time nature cruises on small launches, fish for Piranha and view the magnificent wildlife along the way. Or you may prefer to relax in the jacuzzi, deck chairs or hammocks on board and simply watch the world go by.
- Days 9 & 10. Momon River [B, L, D]
- Transfer to Amazon Jungle Camp for a 2-night stay which lies alongside the Momon River. The accommodation here consists of 23 screened rooms all with private toilet facilities. Showers are located separately. From camp you explore the jungle on foot in the company of local guides, learning about traditional tracking and hunting techniques, while on the lookout for the unique wildlife of the region including a multitude of bird and butterfly species as well as Jaguar, caiman and Giant Otter.
- Days 11 to 13. Homeward [B (Days 11 & 12 only)
- Return to Lima for a final night at the Posada del Inca. Enjoy a city tour before transferring to Lima Airport for your overnight flight, arriving home on Day 13.
