How to Book

2. When you are happy with the itinerary that we have prepared for you, complete the booking form (remembering to sign it!) or download the pdf and return it to us with a 10% deposit, together with your insurance premium if required. If you would like to telephone us with your credit card number we can take a deposit over the telephone.
3. We will confirm your holiday and send you our pre-departure pack with advice on climate, clothing, the best field guides and reference books to take and even bird and mammal lists for the areas you will be visiting. We will return your confirmation as quickly as possible, although this may take a week to ten days depending on the complexity of the booking.
4. Your final payment must be made no later than TEN WEEKS prior to departure.
5. We will send you your tickets, vouchers and additional information approximately two weeks before you go.
