Rio da Prata is an area of deciduous forest, located within the cerrado biome, which provides fantastic birdwatching, with more than 200 species recorded.

The area's crystal clear waters offer fantatic snorkelling opportunities, where you can study the diverse range of freshwater fish including dorado and pacu, as well as an array of aquatic plant life. 

Rio da Prata is located around five kilometres from Buraco das Araras
