Lying along the border with Botswana, Zimbabwe’s largest park is a haven for over 100 mammal and 400 bird species.

Elephant, buffalo, sable, roan, giraffe, wildebeest, impala and even gemsbok are all present. Of the apex predators, lion, leopard, wild dog and cheetah are regularly seen, along with African wildcat, serval, honey badger, civet and hyena.
