How to Book

To book your small group our tailor-made wildlife holiday with us, please follow the steps below or contact our friendly team who are more than happy to help. We have over 30 years of industry experience, and you can travel and book with us in confidence.

Choose your holiday

Find your perfect wildlife holiday by destination, wildlife focus, interest or use our holiday search.

We offer a wide range of small group holidays, tailor-made trip ideas and dedicated photography tours where we can design a trip specific to your requirements - contact us to start planning.
Make a booking request

When you know the departure you would like to book, click the Book button on the departure to make a booking request, and then complete a few key details online. Alternatively, you can:

On receiving your holiday enquiry we will contact you to discuss your requirements. We will then provide a detailed day-to-day travel plan together with a quotation. Once you are happy with our proposal and ready to proceed we will book your holiday.

Before making your booking, please ensure you read and agree to our booking conditions.

What happens next

To make a booking we will need to receive a minimum deposit from you, which is 20% of the holiday cost (or £200 - whichever is greater). We may occasionally require more, but we will advise you if that is the case.
Provide us with your full details

Once we receive your deposit we will set about getting all the arrangements confirmed for your holiday and request that you complete full details of everyone travelling on your booking in our ‘Departure Lounge’.

Travel Insurance is compulsory for all our tours. We recommend you consider an insurance package from our preferred brokers, Campbell Irvine. If you decide their policy is not for you, you must arrange your own.
We confirm your booking

After receiving your booking, we will send you full confirmation, together with all the information you need to prepare for your holiday.
Pay the balance due

We require full payment at least eight weeks before departure. If you are making your booking within eight weeks, full payment will be needed when you book. Departure documentation will be emailed to you approximately two weeks prior to departure.
