Accommodation in Ecuador & Galapagos: Sagitta yacht (First Class)
This graceful and spacious First Class, 36-metre, three-masted steel-hulled motor sailer has a crew of nine, including a naturalist guide. Although equipped with ten air-conditioned cabins on two decks - each with a lower double and upper single berth and a single porthole - she carries only 16 passengers. Facilities include a library, comfortable conference room, dining room and deck salons, plus five separate public areas.
The M/V Sagitta offers several itineraries, ranging from 5 to 15 days. Some examples are shown below.
Sagitta 6 day / 5 night Southern Galapagos itinerary (Wed-Mon)
Day 1 Fly to Baltra and embark. Introductory briefing and visit Mosquera islet and Punta Carrion
Day 2 Visit South Plaza and Santa Fe islands
Day 3 Visit Cerro Brujo and Punta Pitt (San Cristobal)
Day 4 Visit Gardner Bay and Punta Suarez (Espanola)
Day 5 Visit Punta Cormoran, Devil's Crown and Post Office Bay (Floreana)
Day 5 Disembark, transfer via Santa Cruz highlands to Baltra and fly to the mainland.

Day 1 Fly to Baltra; transfer via the highlands of Santa Cruz island to Puerto Ayora and embark. Introductory briefing and visit Charles Darwin Research Station
Day 2 Visit Punta Moreno and Elizabeth Bay (Isabela)
Day 3 Visit Urbina Bay (Isabela) and Punta Espinoza (Fernandina)
Day 4 Visit Tagus Cove and Punta Albermarle (Isabela)

Day 6 Visit North Seymour island, disembark on Baltra and fly to the mainland.
