When to go

Belize is a year-round destination but the best time to visit is between the months of January and September. At the start of the year it's dry, before turning wetter, which is the best time to enjoy the rainforest.

  • Dry season

    Jan to Jul: The dry season is the most popular time to travel with less chance of rain and more stable weather.
  • Rainy season

    Aug to Dec: The rain starts in June/July & reach a peak in October, this can be the best time to enjoy wildlife in the rainforest.
