Booking Form

Now that you have found your preferred itinerary, what is the next step?

Once you have decided on your holiday (or when you are happy with the tailor-made itinerary that we have prepared for you), we require a 10% deposit together with your insurance premium if required (a 25% deposit is required for Antarctic and Arctic voyages and a 20% deposit for trips to Alaska). We have 3 different booking options:

1. Book Online Click on the link (also available in the individual holidays by clicking the orange 'Book Now' buttons) and fill in the secure online form.

2. By Post. Either download the Booking Form as a PDF file (92K) to fill it in by hand, or open the Online Form and fill it in on your computer before printing it, signing it, and sending it to us by post or fax.

3. Contact our expert consultants, either by e-mail on sales@wildlifeworldwide.com, or by telephone on +44 (0) 845 130 6982, who will discuss your itinerary with you, adding any additional components which you have selected. If you would like to call us with your credit card number we can take your deposit over the telephone.

  • We will confirm your holiday and send you our pre-departure pack with advice on climate, clothing, the best field guides and reference books to take and even bird and mammal lists for the areas you will be visiting. We will return your confirmation as quickly as possible, although this may take a week to ten days depending on the complexity of your holiday.
  • Your final payment must be made no later than TEN WEEKS prior to departure (4 months in the case of Antarctic and Arctic voyages)
  • We will send your tickets, vouchers and additional information approximately two weeks before you go.

A non-refundable deposit is payable on all Wildlife Worldwide holidays.
