Nestled amongst tall pines, the rustic timber cabins at Aigas are an atmospheric and comfortable place to stay whilst exploring the Scottish Highlands and enjoying the local wildlife.
All of the cabins are located just a short walk from the main house on the Aigas Estate. The cabins are self-contained and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms feature either twin or double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each cabin also has a living room with comfortable seating, tea and coffee making facilities and a small selection of books and magazines. Umbrellas are provided and can come in very useful when heading over to the main house for meals.
The grounds surrounding the cabins are dedicated to wildlife so it is not uncommon to observe species from your own room including roe deer, red squirrel, crested tit or even a pine marten. Meals are taken in the Baronial Hall in the main house, complete with roaring log fire. The library, with a fabulous collection of natural history, wildlife and local history books, is freely available for guests, as well as a huge wall map covering the north of Scotland.
