Entamanu Ngorongoro

Entamanu is a sustainably built camp that provides an idyllic refuge from the elements. All rooms are heated, have en suite bathrooms and offer crater views. The lodge interiors are both inspired and created by local artisans and artists.

Entamanu translates as 'to come around', a fitting name as you travel around the ridgeline of the Ngorongoro Crater to reach this spectacular lodge.

On early morning descents into the crater, accessed by a nearby road, the lodge team will send you on your way with a hot water bottle and blanket. It is the thoughtful touches, excellent staff, wonderful food and location which make Entamanu a brilliant lodge.

Whilst a safari in the crater is a must on any visit, there is also the opportunity to enjoy a highland walk with a local Maasai guide or visit a nearby boma to learn about traditional life in a Maasai community.
