An exclusive safari lodge with only six luxury chalets overlooking permanent waterholes, KuKaya offers a luxury safari experience. With private guides and vehicles, guests have complete control over their schedule.

Located just inside the park gates, experience all that South Luangwa has to offer on walking safaris and game drives. Due to the private nature of the activities at KuKaya, special interests are easily catered for, whether it be birding or photography, with the option to upgrade to a photographic vehicle (at additional cost). There's also a sunken hide, perfectly positioned at eye-level with a regularly frequented waterhole, where guests are welcome to simply sit and watch as wildlife comes and goes, or capture incredible low angle photos.

Each spacious double chalet has a central living area, outdoor en suite bathroom and a private terrace with plunge pool and fire pit to make the most of the sounds and sights of South Luangwa National Park. Locally sourced ingredients are used for all meals, which can either be served in the main dining area or on your private terrace. There's also a luxury spa on site.
