Pangolin Chobe Hotel

Located on the edge of a plateau overlooking the Chobe River in Botswana and Namibia’s Caprivi floodplains the Pangolin Chobe Hotel provides comfortable accommodation geared towards photographers.

The 14 rooms lead off a gallery showcasing images of the local wildlife, while the editing suite allows for post-production sessions.

An excellent restaurant provides delicious meals on site, while the eco-pool provides an opportunity to cool off between drives. Drinks from the Pangolin Bar are enjoyed around the sunken fire pit before and after dinner, often under a starlit sky. 

Only a few hundred metres from the Chobe National Park boundary, the lodge’s vehicles are often the first through the gate, while the specially-designed photographic boats are moored on the river directly below the hotel.
