The accommodation is air-conditioned and all the rooms feature en suite bathrooms, mosquito nets and tea and coffee making facilities. On site the Wilpattu Tree House has a restaurant and the hotel can also arrange picnic lunches for full-day safaris in the national park.  Some of the species that can be encountered in the grounds of the lodge are peacock, monkeys and birds and in the evening elephants can be found wandering nearby.
