South Luangwa, in north-east Zambia, is the jewel of the country’s national parks. The eastern boundary of this unspoilt wilderness is the Luangwa River, whose regular changes of course create oxbow lakes. There could hardly be a better place for birders, as Luangwa is blessed with some 400 bird species. Find out more about Easy Birding in South Luangwa
