We’re all travel and wildlife enthusiasts – some of us have managed safari lodges, worked as safari guides or have years of experience in the travel industry. On receiving your enquiry, you’ll be assigned a dedicated wildlife sales consultant who will be your point of contact throughout the booking process through to the return from your holiday.

Rest assured we’re a fully-bonded tour operator and offer 100% financial protection. We’re an ATOL licensed tour operator authorised by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and a fully-bonded member of ABTOT (Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited).

We care about your holiday experience, and our dedicated team of wildlife travel consultants are available to help advise you with all aspects of your holiday before you travel. That care continues once you’re overseas, with support and assistance from our local destination ground team. You also have access to our 24-hour emergency contact number here in the UK for any additional support needs.

Safety & Security
We operate all our holidays in accordance with Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advice. If you are unable to travel as a result of FCDO advice, we'll offer you the options to change your departure date, travel to a different destination or cancel and receive a full refund.

We take great pride in the wildlife holidays we create and showcase these in our collection of dedicated wildlife brochures. Order a copy to peruse at your own leisure, and when you're ready to book you can contact us Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm, and Saturdays between 9am and 1pm from January to March.

All our wildlife holidays include a small donation to wildlife conservation and over the years we have supported a range of charities including Falklands Conservation, Conservation South Luangwa and Laguna San Ignacio Ecosystems Science Program.
