He was born in the Lake District in Southern Chile. After working for several years as a guide and judge for ski mountaineering competitions, in 2017, he moved to Puerto Natales to establish his base of operations. Since then, he has worked professionally as a wildlife guide and photographer in Torres del Paine National Park, leading tours on a high-end service. This role has given him a deep understanding of the park’s diverse ecosystems, including its unique flora and fauna.
His passion for nature and wildlife has led him to travel to destinations such as Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, and Colombia to expand his knowledge and understanding of the fascinating world of birds, felines, and ecosystem interaction.
