Paul is a specialist nature guide with an exceptional knowledge of the flora and fauna of Slovenia, particularly the southwestern region where he resides.

Often found observing wildflowers, insects, and butterflies with a camera in hand, he has spent years developing an intimate understanding of the local wildlife and ecosystems, making him an engaging and insightful guide.

Alongside his guiding work, Paul is also a field biologist and professional scientific illustrator, frequently using his own photographs as references for his artwork. With a strong scientific background, deep local expertise and passion for the natural world, he is ideally placed to lead guests through some of Slovenia’s most rewarding wildlife locations.
