Otún Quimbaya Reserve is a national protected area in the headwaters of the Otún River in the Central Andes of Colombia. Famed for its great beauty, it is popular with national tourists.

The reserve (more formally known as Otún Quimbaya Fauna and Flora Sanctuary) is home to many much-sought birds which include such species as Colombian (rufescent) screech-owl, hooded and moustached antpittas, rusty-winged barbtail, streak-capped treehunter, white-capped tanager and endemics such as crested ant-tanager, multicoloured tanager, chestnut wood-quail and Cauca guan. However, Otún Quimbaya is perhaps best known as the finest site for seeing the exquisite but otherwise difficult red-ruffed fruitcrow.

Several mammals are also found here. Colombian howler monkeys and red-tailed squirrels are easily tracked down, while the diminutive western dwarf squirrel sometimes puts in an appearance. Hoffmann's two-toed sloths have also been recorded, though they are tough to find.
