This pleasant lodge is only a five minute boat journey to the main entrance to Tortuguero National Park, and is the ideal location from which to explore this unique area and its wildlife.

Two styles of accommodation – bungalow or rustic cabin – offer 55 spacious rooms, each with two comfortable double beds, en suite bathroom (with hot water) and ceiling fan. There’s a bar and excellent restaurant with a soaring roof that serves buffet-style meals (all included). Other facilities include a swimming pool, and the property has its own canopy tour with eight platforms, plus a nature trail.

Built within a two-hectare site, Evergreen Lodge lies on the Penitencia Canal, in the northeastern corner of Tortuguero, and the only access is by water or air.
