Standing at the gateway to Olduvai Gorge and the Serengeti, Kirurumu Manyara Lodge is ideally located for exploring Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater.

Unpretentious and stylish, Kirurumu is set high on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, with a marvellous, uplifting and panoramic view eastward over Lake Manyara, the valley floor and Mount Losimingori. 

The accommodation has 27 tented rooms, two honeymoon suites and two family cottages, all with en suite bathroom and electricity. The bar has stunning views over the Rift Valley escarpment, and meals are served in the dining room just behind. 

Activities include ethno-botanical walks with a Masai guide, half-day hikes, fly camping in the forest (on special request) and mountain biking.
