With just eight meru-style tents, The Jackal & Hide offers an intimate retreat. Each tent has a private balcony overlooking an open grassland, roamed by a fantastic diversity of wildlife.
The main area’s bar lounge and dining table is under thatch and leads out to a sunken lounge and fire pit. The pool and lookout deck provide the ultimate place to rest between activities and a great place to view the passing wildlife.
With Moremi to the south, Savuti to the north and the Khwai Community Reserve to the east, the lodge is based in the middle of some of the most famous and iconic game-viewing areas.
Activity options here are exceptional and you can choose between mokoro, walking game or boat drive. Each option will give you a different perspective when wildlife watching. From May until early October, the Okavango Delta is in flood and this is the best time of year to get your water-based game viewing fix.
