Tufi Resort offers standard and deluxe accommodation with air conditioning, en suite bathroom and a verandah overlooking the Coral Sea or Tufi Fjord.

Located a short flight east of Port Moresby, this boutique resort is a hidden oasis nestled atop a breathtaking fjord with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Here you can forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend time underwater diving some of the best sites in the world.

Facilities include a pool, barbeque, gift shop, library with satellite TV, restaurant and alfresco bar. Activities include nature walks, trekking, non-motorised water sports and learn how the locals live with the opportunity of cultural interaction activities with the local villagers.

The PADI affiliated dive centre offers up to three daily boat dives to the surrounding fjords and reefs throughout the year. Divers and snorkellers can experience the diversity and macro marine life on the house reef. The outer reefs are home to large pelagic species such as manta rays, schooling barracuda, tuna and hammerhead sharks. There are over 30 majestic dive sites to explore in these clear tropical waters with visibility often exceeding 30 metres. Tufi Wharf was occupied by the Japanese and there are plenty of wrecks and debris to explore. Experienced divers may have the chance to explore the deeper wrecks of the B17 Bomber (50m) and the cargo ship S Jacob (60m).
