The Vardø Hotel is situated in Vardø, Norway’s easternmost town facing the Barents Sea. Located in the Arctic climatic zone, Vardø is the oldest fishing village in the region and its name is derived from the Norse words for ‘wolf’ and ‘island’. The hotel is located about five kilometres from Vardø Airport, and within 500 metres of the historic Vardøhus Fortress. There’s a gym, solarium and terrace at the hotel, and it enjoys excellent sea views.
