At the Salei Plains Mobile Camp, all tents overlook the plains, with the distant Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano towering above. It’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in the area’s wild landscapes.

Shaded by acacia trees and set alongside the dry riverbed of the Ol Karien River, Salei Plains Mobile Camp offers a cosy and comfortable base for exploring the great Salei Plains and beyond. 

Each accommodation tent features panoramic windows, and are spacious and pleasantly decorated. Tents are well-screened, and have their own simple en suite toilet and shower.

After a day on safari, guests can also enjoy communal areas with large windows, and outdoor tables and chairs, the perfect place to relax whilst taking in the stunning scenery of the Salei Plains.

There are extensive opportunities for walking in the area to explore the plains and other areas within the Gol Mountains.
