"The whole holiday was a wildlife highlight. Our favourite moments included seeing a young male koala in full view, getting wonderfully close views of duckbill platypus in and out of the water, and enjoying the fabulous experience of seeing them aerate their fur. We also saw echidnas at close quarters, they're such quaint, adorable creatures. Seeing Bennett's wallabies on Bruny Island along with bushy-tailed possum and ring-tailed possum was another highlight. We also had lots of wonderful views of fabulous birds - too many to mention."
